$40 – $70 sliding scale (= $25 to $55 sliding scale + $15 new patient fee)

Returning Patients (follow-up treatments): 

$25 – $55 sliding scale

Pay whatever you wish on the sliding scale, no questions asked and no income verification required. 

We appreciate you observation of our policies: 

• Late Cancellation Fee: $10 fee for appointments cancelled without 24

                                                           hours’ notice

• No Show Fee: $25 fee for no-shows
• Bounced Check Fee: $15
